Welcome to Bloom. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bloom mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by SDRE Solutions Pvt Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Bloom App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Not a Medical Device
DISCLAIMER: Bloom is a wellness and tracking tool designed for educational and informational purposes only. It is NOT a medical device, and should not be used as a replacement for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Bloom should never be used as a primary form of birth control or contraception. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns or conditions.
3. User Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. If you reside in the EEA, you must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Premium Subscriptions
Bloom may offer premium features ("Bloom Premium") through auto-renewing subscriptions. Payments are handled securely through the respective app stores (Google Play Store / Apple App Store). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
5. User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of the data you log in Bloom. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or to upload any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
6. Intellectual Property rights
The "Bloom" brand, our proprietary cycle tracking algorithms, the "Liquid Light" design system, interfaces, and content are the exclusive property of SDRE Solutions Pvt Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDRE Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Cycle tracking is based on statistical biological patterns which can naturally vary; we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of predictions.
8. Changes to the Services and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
