As a general rule, all consultation fees and subscription fees paid are non-refundable. By accessing or purchasing these services, you acknowledge and agree that charges are final upon payment processing.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You maintain total flexibility with your commitment. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time without penalties. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew automatically.

3. Exceptions

While our base policy is non-refundable, we understand that extraordinary circumstances can occur. In special cases, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of SDRE Solutions Pvt Ltd.
